Stone skimming brings land, water, and people together…
The 3rd Berlin Titscher Masters – an outdoor sports event with good vibes for friends and family, for pros and amateurs. So grab your besties and let the stones dance across the water.
Are you a stone-skimming crew? Then sign up for the team competition: 4 skimmers and a team name — that’s it. Treat yourselves to a shot at the team trophy and the main prize: a boat trip on the Spree.
For kids, we’ve got a dedicated category (up to age 13), and we’re also on the lookout for the top female Titscher. In a separate women’s final, the best stone skimmer will be crowned.
And the highlight: the winners of the Berlin Titscher Masters 2026 automatically qualify for theWorld Stone Skimming Championship2027 in Schottland on Easdale Island.

Make sure to read the competition rules. By purchasing a ticket, you accept the terms and conditions of the Berlin Titscher Masters. To compete in the team competition, you need 4 individual tickets for the throwers plus 1 additional team ticket.

Our Master of Ceremony Carl will guide you through BTM26 – if you don’t know him yet, you’re in for a ride.
Your perfect stone is already waiting for you. Choose from a wide selection – three stones per round. You’re welcome to bring your own, as long as they’re natural, unmodified stones.
The throwing platform is your stage. Our experienced crew takes care of everything around you.
International stone skimming friends and Kreuzberg atmosphere – right by the water, with its own Kiez vibe.
Mirror-smooth water for your best throws and precise distance measurement by our jury.
Trophies and qualification for the World Championship in Scotland await the winners. And for the teams: a boat trip on the Spree to win!

Freischwimmer in Berlin-Kreuzberg is a special spot – right in the city, directly on the Spree and surrounded by the vibrant club scene.
This year’s action takes place on the former Ipse site, just across from Club der Visionäre.
Watch it all up close from the waterside stands. Drinks and food – all taken care of.

COMPETITION RULES
Every participant receives three flat stones (nature made) for the first round. * In the first round all Participants toss their three stones from the platform after one another and along the pre assigned tossing area on the shore.
A throw is valid if the stone makes at least three contacts with the water surface within the throwing zone, meaning it skips at least twice. In the kids’ category, one skip — i.e. two contacts — is sufficient for a valid throw. The distance is measured from the throwing point to where the stone sinks. A jury will be measuring the distance from the platform to where the stones sink in the water. The stone that travelled the longest distance wins!
Participants who qualify for the next round will receive another set of stones. **
The best 40 participants qualify for the Quarter-Final.
The best 20 participants of the Quarter-Final qualify for the Semi-Final.
The best 10 participants of the Semi-Final qualify for the Final.

Titscher Teams – their own category, their own vibe!
A Titscher Team consists of four throwers – doesn’t matter if they’re kids, women, or men, as long as there are four of them. All the meters thrown by the team members count toward the team’s total score. But: a team member can only collect points for the team if they’re also competing in the individual tournament.
Each team member needs their own individual ticket. On top of that, each 4-person team needs one team ticket – just one per team. Whoever buys the team ticket is the main contact for the jury and acts as the team captain.
To take part in the team competition, you need 4 individual tickets AND 1 team ticket.
